Only our team (1–3 people). There are no external users. Clients do not sign in to the tool.
With the permission of the Google account that signs in, the tool accesses through Google APIs:
We do not access Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
Only to analyse and manage our clients' advertising and tracking: reports, recommendations and changes that a specialist reviews and approves. Data is not sold, not shared with third parties for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
Reports are stored locally on the operator's computer. OAuth tokens are stored in a local file readable only by the operator and are never published.
Data of a client is deleted when we stop working with that client or on the client's request. Any user can revoke the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; clients can remove our user from their Google Ads, Analytics and Tag Manager accounts.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
